Yes. The suites listed for sale on this website are directly from the Detroit Lions.

If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. How do I purchase a Detroit Lions suite?

To rent a suite for a Detroit Lions game at Ford Field, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Detroit Lions Premium Sales Department at 313-262-2121.

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Detroit Lions Premium Services Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite.

How are my tickets delivered?

A Detroit Lions Premium Services representative will reach out after the purchase of your suite to confirm your ticket/parking pass amount, as well as the desired shipping address. Items will be mailed out directly after receiving that information.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Ford Field suites are ADA accessible. If you need specific accommodations, please contact a Detroit Lions Premium Services representative following your purchase.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)
  • Suites can also be purchased via check ($2,000 credit card deposit is required at time of purchase) and only after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite. If you would like to pay via check, a $2,000 credit card deposit is required at time of purchase. Please contact a representative to pay via check.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be additional in-suite catering or merchandise expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a Premium Services representative will contact you to discuss available options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

When you book a suite, you will have all-inclusive food and beverage package options to select from. Within 1-2 weeks of the event, a Levy representative will contact you via email regarding your selected package. Changes, additions and upgrades will be managed through this contact.

Am I required to purchase catering?

An all-inclusive food and beverage package is included in the price of your suite. Changes, additions and upgrades can be made with your Levy contact. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs" for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact a Detroit Lions Premium Service representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) up to 24 hours before an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children two (2) years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Ford Field. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Ford Field)?

Ford Field adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag policy for all stadium events. More on this policy can be found here. For additional rules, please refer to the Detroit Lions gameday guide closer to game day or contact a representative from the Detroit Lions Premium Services team.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the stadium?

Suite tickets will provide access to the South Club and Comerica Gridiron Club spaces at Ford Field.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Ford Field premium lots on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances can be found on a map on the gameday guide closer to the day of the event. Your Detroit Lions Premium Service representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite on game day?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advanced Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your Detroit Lions Premium Service representative or any on-site Ford Field staff member.
